Technology integrated with Retail Pro Prism

Patient medical records are captured and managed in Practice Partner (PP), one of the leading, most reputable medical management software solutions from the US. Patient information, visit history, and all medical record data, clinical instructions, and prescriptions are updated by doctors here while examining patients. Data needed for billing is updated instantly in Prism at the cashier counter. Payment status is also sent back instantly to PP and to the pharmacy system, so doctors can track it and pharmacy staff can prepare medication for patients to collect quickly.

Patients paying through insurance companies or their employer are also handled simply and accurately by Prism with just a few clicks.

Prism also integrates an e-invoice issuance system to automatically generate VAT invoices in accordance with Vietnamese law. Naturally, integration between Prism and the accounting system is an essential part of this. Prism is designed to automatically post journal entries to the SunSystems accounting software every day.
